You are a member of the Ethereum Protocol Guild, or you staked ETH directly from Ethereum before the Merge. If you staked ETH through an exchange or a liquidity pool, contact them to check your eligibility.

You are a consistent contributor to a Starknet-related, Ethereum-related, or a GitHub top-ranked repository, or a contributor to the EIP repository.
